Cava Chicken Recipe - Cava Grilled Chicken
Cava Grill is known for their flavorful and tender chicken, marinated in a delicious blend of herbs and spices. The chicken is typically grilled to perfection, creating a charred and smoky exterior while retaining its juicy and succulent interior.
Ingredients:- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and make sure it's evenly coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Place the chicken in the hot pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
